• Availability: You can check the availability here
• Bathrooms: Each house has multiple bathrooms, so there is no morning congestion. Many rooms also have their own washbasin.
• Bedding: For hygiene reasons, we do not provide bedding. However, each room includes a mattress.
• Bicycle storage: Bicycle storage is available in almost every house.
• Bus stops: Bus stops are located near each house.
• Commission: All rooms are offered without any commission fees.
• Contact: You can find the contact email address at the end of each house description. Each house has its own email address.
• Deposit: The deposit is always equal to two months’ rent.
• Furnishing: Rooms are fully furnished with modern furniture and everything you need, so there are no additional costs for furniture. Bedding and towels are not provided for hygiene reasons.
• Garden: Depending on the house, gardens range from small with a large terrace to spacious private lawns.
• Inquiry: Would you like to know which rooms are available and when? Simply send us an inquiry via the “Contact” section and you will receive an overview of available rooms.
• Internet: For liability reasons, we do not provide internet. Residents usually arrange a shared contract among themselves, resulting in only a few euros per month.
• Kitchen: All kitchens are fully equipped with appliances, dining areas or tables, as well as pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, and more.
• Laundry room: All houses have laundry rooms equipped with coin-operated washing machines, drying areas, and ironing facilities.
• Location: All houses are centrally located, with quick access to Audi, the university, and the university of applied sciences.
• Minimum stay: The minimum rental period is 3 months. In exceptional cases, shorter stays may be possible depending on availability.
• Move-in: Move-in is possible at any time of the year, not only at the start of the semester.
• Notice period: All contracts have a notice period of 3 months to the end of the month.
• Parking: Parking is available, either directly in front of the house or in nearby streets, depending on the location. However, as parking in Ingolstadt can be limited, we recommend leaving your car at home and using a bicycle or public transport instead.
• Pets: As we also receive inquiries from people with allergies, pets are not allowed.

• Registration: Would you like to register with the city of Ingolstadt? No problem – we will provide you with a landlord confirmation (Wohnungsgeberbestätigung) for your registration.
• Rental contracts: Contracts always run for full calendar months. The notice period is 3 months to the end of the month.
• Room types: We offer a wide range of options, from budget-friendly rooms without a balcony to rooms with a private kitchenette, washbasin, and balcony – you can choose from many different variations.
• Tenants: Our tenants are almost exclusively students, interns, or graduate students aged 18–32.
• TV connection: Each room has a TV connection (residents are responsible for their own GEZ registration).
• Utilities: All utilities are included in the rent: electricity, heating, water, sewage, and waste disposal.
• Viewings: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer room viewings. All rooms are always occupied and we respect our tenants’ privacy. However, we provide many photos on this website so you can get a good impression. As we occasionally update furniture or replace bedding, the room may look slightly different from the photos.
